The Wood Wharf development will add 30 new buildings to the Canary Wharf Estate, extending its appeal further as a mixed-use working and living urban district. The 24 acre development site, which lies immediately east of the Canary Wharf Estate forms part of the wider Isle of Dogs Opportunity Area, one of London’s largest regeneration zones. The Client

Canary Wharf Group PLC has built the largest and most exciting urban regeneration project in Europe with interests in 17 million square feet of office space and 1 million square feet of retail. They have created a 24/7 city where people can live/work/play on the Canary Wharf Estate and enjoy the benefits of great transport links, access to green spaces and waterside living; and a wide range of amenities including an award-winning arts and events programme.
